Refund policy

1) Return Window

You can return any eligible ceiling light, table lamp, or floor lamp within 30 days of delivery for any reason.

2) Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return:

  • The lighting fixture must be unused, uninstalled, and undamaged.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and include all accessories, mounting hardware, manuals, and protective materials.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • If the product arrives damaged or defective, keep all packaging and notify us within 7 days of delivery.

3) Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or special-order lighting fixtures (unless defective or damaged)
  • Clearance or final sale items clearly marked as such at purchase (unless defective or damaged)
  • Light bulbs that have been used or installed (unless defective on arrival)
  • Even if an item is on the above list, we will accept returns if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4) Accepted Return Reasons

  • Product arrived defective or damaged
  • Wrong product received
  • Change of mind or any other reason within the 30-day window

5) Who Pays Return Shipping

  • We pay: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid return label.
  • Customer pays: For change-of-mind or other non-defective returns.

No restocking fees apply.

6) Return Instructions

To start a return, please contact us at support@nexhomedecor.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return label by email and full instructions for returning the item.
  • For change-of-mind or other returns: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to the address below.

All items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and parts. Please pack lighting fixtures securely to avoid damage in transit.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

7) Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect lighting products.
For other changes (different model or style), please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

8) Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt for the refund to appear.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9) Partial Refunds

We may deduct a partial amount if:

  • The product is returned with missing parts, damaged finishes, or signs of installation.
  • Original packaging is missing or damaged (where packaging protects the fixture during resale).

We will contact you before processing any partial refund.

10) Damaged Returns in Transit

Lighting products are fragile.

  • Always return them in the original protective packaging.
  • If possible, use a traceable and insured shipping method.
  • We are not responsible for damage during return transit if improperly packaged.
