Return

1- How long do I have to return my order?

  • You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team: support@nexhomedecor.com 

2- Who pays the return costs?

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

3- What are the conditions for a return?

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Products must be unused and returned in the condition they were received.
  • Please ensure that the return is adequately packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Shipping

1- What are the shipping costs?

  • Our shipping is free throughout Australia via Australia Post service, regardless of size, destination or price of the product.

2- How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

  • Delivery time is 5 to 9 business days (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not business days)
  • Dispatch will occur after payment confirmation (1 or 2 days depending on payment method) Please consider all the above as maximum deadlines, meaning you might receive your order before the deadline mentioned above - and usually happens!

3- How can I track my order?
